Parade Rules
To ensure the safety of all parade participants and spectators, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
- The ultimate responsibility for safety lies with each individual participating in the float.
- The City of Edmonton prohibits the consumption of alcohol during the parade. There will be zero tolerance regarding alcohol consumption - participants who consume alcohol or exhibit intoxication during the parade will be asked to leave.
- All children under 15 must be escorted by their parents or another adult at all times during the parade. No child is allowed to walk in the parade unsupervised.
- Glass containers are not permitted along the parade route.
- The parade is a celebration of diversity. Harassment of any kind, whether physical or verbal, will not be tolerated in the Brazil Float.
